One Way finds RP "Phenomenal"

The boys from One Way arrived in Manila yesterday at the NAIA international airport. They received a warm welcome from members of One Way Ph, fans from other FCs and by MYX All access. From the airport they went straight to their press conference. The media who covered the press con were both pleased and impressed that they conducted the interview in fluent English. After that they met up with the core of One Way PH, hurray for the fan love!

This morning they guested in Umagang Kay Ganda and on a noontime show, Showtime. They are also set to appear on ASAP and on Asia Myx.

One Way to Heat Up the Philippine Shores!

Fairly new South Korean hip hop trio One Way, who debuted February this year, will showcase their talents and promote their album One Way Street in the Philippines through a series of mall shows and various TV guest appearances for their loyal followers in the country.

For their mall tour, the group will perform on:

July 30 (Friday) – SM North EDSA The Annex, 5 p.m.
July 31 (Saturday) – SM Megamall, 5 p.m.
August 1 (Sunday) – SM Mall of Asia, 5 p.m.

Interestingly, the trio are already expressing their gratitude and excitement for their Philippine tour. Peter has even flooded his Twitter with tweets in Filipino to the fans.

One Way is next in line for RP

It's gonna be all about One Way this coming July. The South Korean hip-hop trio made up of Michael (Chance), Jun Young (Young Sky), and Peter debuted March of this year with their first single "One Way Street" along with two more singles in their triple-a-side debut single. What's notable about this group apart from their catchy tunes is the fact that they can speak in English (which we know is a plus for most international fans).

For the budding fans and followers of One Way, Universal Philippines is proud to announce their arrival to the Philippine is coming real soon!

One Way's first single "One Way Street"

Up and coming K-Pop trio One Way brings a breath of fresh air into K-Pop scene and has started to cause a lot of buzz in the Korean music scene. They made their first appearance only a few months ago on Music Core and have already been interviewed on radio stations such as MBC Starry Night, TBS K-popular and ARIRANG Evening Groove. What's absolutely amazing about them is that they rap and sing in both English and Korean!

One Way is managed by YJ Media, also known as YJ Entertainment. The trio consists of leader/vocals Chance (Michael Kim), vocals Peter (Peter Hyun) and rapper Young Sky (Choo Joon Young). This R&B group is garnering not only attention in South Korea but also gaining international attention for composing their own music and their unique "One Way Sound". They posted up various covers on their official YouTube channel such as Ne-Yo's "Sexy Love" and Jason Mraz's "Geek In The Pink" and made their official debut with their self-written track "U Drag". Peter and Young Sky first met in middle school in Sydney, Australia but later on, Young Sky moved to California where he met Chance in high school.

One Way wrote, composed and arranged all of the music on their debut album "One Way Street" including the hip-hop anthem "One Way", the drink-easy R&B number "U Drag", the infectious "Magic" which combines a simple R&B melody with dance beats and intense rhymes and "Wrong Number".

In celebration of Filipinos' fandom to Korean music, fashion and culture, Jjang Events, in partnership with Megatrade Hall 1, invites you to the first Kpop Music and Culture Event of the year happening on August 8, 2010 at the Megatrade Hall, Building A, SM Mega Mall.

I was wondering why I haven't seen any fan account of what was supposedly yesterday's U-kiss concert. I got a tip from a friend Cheska that the concert was moved and thus

It's U-kiss on June 14, 2010 with SS501's Kim Hyung Joon. It's evident that U-kiss is getting all the love and support from their sunbaes SS501. Now this is a much sweeter deal with more time to save up for their concert. Oh boy! we can't wait for KHJ + U-kiss in one venue at one night. Quite a handful for a fan girl, quick someone flail with me!

Finally! The 7th gathering of Cassiopeia is just around the corner and oh boy we can't wait!

The word first came out during the latest show of Poya Station where they asked for fan insights after the news came out about the boys taking an indefinite hiatus from their group activities in Japan.

This gathering's theme is "Always Keep The Faith" and it will be a screening of TVXQ's The Secret Code Tokyo Dome Concert BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE. According to Ron from CassPH there will be activity booths and contests in store for the fans, leaving us with the hint that there will be a lot of goodies in store for the event goers after they've dubbed the gathering as an "Epic" one.

P-Pop Saga begins

We have to admit that "P-Pop" is starting to creep-in and it seems to be falling in the traps of stereotyped girl-boy groups with sugar coated pop music. Not that it's bad but there's not much "it" factor to speak off at the moment. At the moment we've got three notable P-Pop groups sprouting out namely:

The Pop Girls

Xler8 (Pronounced as accelerate)

SH3 (Pronounced as she)

What sets P-Pop from what most people would dub as 'Asian Pop' is that most of us, Filipinos, can actually understand what the song is about, throw in a little English and a little digital mixing and poof it's "PPop". We would know that pop music is usually about lighthearted and shallow messages with a tune to go with it that makes no exception for Kpop, Jpop, or Cpop either. (Tagalog remakes would fall under this category as well)

So there's no reason why we shouldn't enjoy our own version of pop music although I can't emphasize enough on "There's a lot more room for improvement" as Goldengutgirl says and more importantly lets not forget our manners netizens! Here are some issues raised by netizens against our P-Pop acts.

CASE #1. SH3

Hi everyone. We have no intentions of copying the Taiwanese Group SHE.Our group name has a completely different meaning as well. SH3 stands for 3 Sizzling Hot Females. It is also a coincidence that there 3 members in our group. Nagkataon kasi na 3 lang kami na BFF's na love ang pagsasayaw sayang kulang kami ng 3 pa baka sakali wala ng magsabi na copycats kami pag 6 kami. lol! hehehe! *Kidding*

To the passionate fans of S.H.E. nakakatuwa at nakaka touch kung paano kayo mag defend ng idols niyo. We hope one day you will also love us in the same way as you love them.

The main idea here is that they're already idols on their own rights. Judging from the way they say "To the passionate fans of S.H.E. It's nice and quite touching how S.H.E (Taiwanese) fans defend their idols. We hope one day you will also love us in the same way as you love them." Their already up there somewhere in the celebrity sphere but not as pop music idols. Let them hope, folks! Some eager / enthusiastic fans already ganged up against them and that's not very nice. We all have to be discerning about our pop acts like SH3 who started in their own respective careers acting, dancing, hosting etc.

Case #2 Pop Girls

Someone's got to admit that one or two things didn't fit them or the music video. Generally they did ok on their debut single however I just can't explain in words how much bashing they got online and offline. Yes, hello real world? Apparently someone has to tell them nicely to get rid of the brightly layered outfits. In the Philippines dress to impress doesn't work with layers and I hope they got the message by being extra careful with their next single "Crush Crush". I'm looking forward to see a mv for that one.

Case #3 Xler8

Now these boys look like they're pretty ok. They've got the least bashing so does boy bands + fan girls= do the math sound familiar? May be but some furious netizens also criticized their first single for plagiarism but before you make any accusations you have to know that Viva is ready to back these boys up.

Their album consists of 12 original compositions – 3 from MJ Magno of XLR8.
Their hair sponsor is Park Jun Salon which is a Korean salon. So I guess that’s why their hair is like that! hahaha! They’re actually very good.
Their clothes are their own clothes right now. They didn’t copy anyone, they just took clothes out of their closet.
You’re So Hot does not SOUND like Sorry Sorry. It has the same beat which is POP. But the tune is completely different. There is no reason for them to be sued for plagiarism because there is no plagiarism. VIVA Records will make sure of that.
The boys were trained for 2 years. This was a well thought of group. Their genre kept changing those past 2 years and since this is the trend, VIVA opted to go with the trend. It doesn’t mean they will stick to this genre. It just means that our first album is this genre.
We are waiting to see what the people will like and we will go with the flow.

At the end of the day you just have to accept that PPop (better we call it OPM) is part of Asian pop just like ThaiPop and VietPop is. If you haven't heard of that then I don't think it's right for you to say that you LOVE or RESPECT Asian Pop. Check the map and see if the Philippines is no longer in Asian then start complaining before you get labeled as a music racist.

For most Filipinos the Pattaya music festival may sounds like a primitive festival celebrated somewhere in the Philippines when in fact it's an international pop music festival held in Thailand which we are proudly taking part of. How did you guys prepare for the Pattaya festival?
Sulli:When we heard that we are going to Pattaya we were really excited. We tried to study some Thai words, such as sawadee ka (hello) and kub khun (thank you.)

Right now there are a lot of girl band and boy band. What make you different or what is your charms?
Luna : f(x) is a band that have a lot of power. We have members with different ethnicity as well not just Korean. When we visit other countries we can speak other languages, such as Chinese and English. Each one of us have different power and talents, which in turn when we stand on the same stage we have something special. We want to be an Asian group. Please support us.

How is the fans response for your first time in Thailand?
Luna : Even thought this is our first time in Thailand our fans have welcome us warmly. This make us want to work even harder at this event.

The boys behind 만만한니(Am I easy?) is coming to the RP to promote their upcoming concert in June

Premiere Entertainment Philippines Inc. (PEP) brings Korean “super idol band” U-Kiss to Manila for the very first time for a series of special mall shows on March 26, 27, and 28. This is in line with the promotion of the band’s full-length, solo concert here in the country that will happen this June.

U-Kiss is composed of Alexander, Kevin, Dong Ho, Eli, Ki Bum, Hyun, and Ki Seob. The band debuted in Atamai, Japan at “The Second Power of Atamix ’08” and this paved the way form a successful solo show in Hamamatsucho, Japan. Since then, the band released 3 singles and their current full-length studio album “Without You” is rapidly climbing the charts of various Asian countries. U-Kiss is also given the Best New Artist award at the “Asian Song Festival” in 2008.

Members Kevin and Alexander are chosen as VJs for Arirang’s “Pops in Seoul” while Dong Ho is currently a member of the “Unrivalled Baseball Team.”

PEP chairman Joong Ku says that U-Kiss is the first of the many Korean stars that his company will bring to the Philippines. PEP is currently under negotiations in bringing Big Bang, Wonder Girls, and 2NE1 to the country.

PEP will also collaborate with local film and TV productions in strengthening the cultural and artistic interaction between Korea and the Philippines.

Achord truly proves to be fiercly talented young man. Considering that he is among the pop idols who can't get away from stereotyping aChord is someone I'd love to splurge my cash on.

I just checked out his new EP entitled 地球其实没那么危险 (The Earth Is Actually Not That). Just so that you guys don't need to take a hint he's quite an indie rock artist (quite and endagered specie coming from the sea of Cpop artists). If he keeps making music like this I'd rather not have him act and keep making music. Cpop really needs to reinvent itself to make good sales this year.

Spent April Fools at home to avoid the fooling part. I had my eyes glued on Channel V for most of the day and I wouldn't consider this an April Fools prank but they had a really go line up of songs today!

I got heads up for Channel V's Battle of the Pops. Woot this is interesting, I mean they're putting TVXQ against BIG BANG. One of them are bound to win a landslide, hands down. Surprisingly KAT-TUN doesn't appear anywhere on one of the pairs for this battle. If you must know, Rain won the first one and he's on it again this time against Aaron Kwok (no contest? HECK YEAH!).

Why the heck would they battle Aaron Kwok with Rain? Makes no sense, I mean Namie Amuro VS Ayumi Hamasaki would have been great too as well as Super Junior VS NEWS. But we all know that's no contest... on what grounds do you judge these? Obviously one of those in a pair woul win on a landslide victory just as I suspect with TVXQ and BIG BANG. Not that I'd tell who I already voted for because you'd prolli strangle me either ways.

Another thing. I'm pretty happy with this one. If you guys are familiar with Moymoypalaboy the Filipino Lipsyncers of Youtube. They've included Wonder Girls in their idol list favoring Sohee. Ha ha that's cute.

Heck I've gotta catch this and Asia VS America on Channel V. I just gotta wake up early to catch this or if only I'd actually be around to watch this -_-'... Happy April Fools Asian Pop Fans!

Asian Fandom Marks The RP

*AKIRASHOCK* We progress, as I start to see and almost hear Asian Pop breaking into the local scene. It's hard for me not to make a statement about it.

Lately I've been seeing the kin of my fandom growing in numbers growing like wildfire. Big names in the industry like TVXQ, SHINee, KAT-TUN, JE, SMTOWN everywhere. It used to be rarity for me to hear people talking about Shinhwa in a Jeep going to U.P. but after hanging out with more JE fangirls, this route is soon going to turn into a Asian Pop Entertainment Information SuperHighway, no?

Another instance is the growing number of possible Asian Pop 'gateway' conventions and gatherings so to speak of the J-culture con in Shangrila, The Kpop Party in Manila, The upcoming Arts & Music con in Megamall. These are just but the many instances that we get exposed to the Asian Pop wave and IMO we're getting lots of it this year.

I've been a fan of Asian Pop since '03 and in a span of six years after the Philippines has been introduced to Asian Dramas and Broadband internet the trend just got more and more widespread. Funny, I should also mention hearing EDC's "Game of Speed" sung in a different Chinese dialect in Bohol Beach Club just last May. Wow! We're really getting somewhere now.

On the several occasions like when I see a girl wearing a I BLEED RED t-shirt walk pass by me; Restaurants playing mainstream Asian Pop music; Growing number of cosplayers hanging out by the arcade; A family of loli-goths walking in their leather boots under the heat (I just wonder how they manage, under all that fancy lacy threads). Most of which is all becoming a common trend to me.

Its so common that even the non-fans would be so quick to answer a name of any Asian artist so to speak of.

A: BoA / L'arc~en~ciel / F4 (Rarely hear of any Cpop artists being mentioned tho)

Currently there's a growing trend of 'swimming in all waters' (Like me) who's favorites swing from Cpop to Kpop to Jpop, sometimes even beyond mainstream Like Tpop (Thai) and OPM (I include them too). I bet the names like SuJu, SoNyeo, KT, JE, Laruku, HSJ all ring a bell somewhere. (DOPE! These guys are really missing out on the Cpop! )

This only goes to show that Music is a universal language. In fact I myself can't hardly catch the message of my favorite Apop songs in a handful but still it motivates me to continue my studies in languages.

So it's my turn to ask, boys and girls. Who's been in your Asian Pop Fandom list?

Say “bye” to wonder woman because Gary Cao’s Superman is here. Gary Cao’s title track Superman is the song that defines most of the songs in this album. Smooth and easy-listening genre songs can be found in this album. The song ‘Superman’ is interesting because of its catchy beat, make sure you don’t change tracks coz I doubt you’d want to do that even before this song ends.

Most of the songs in this album are slow-paced and jazzy-tuned. Listening to this album reminds me of how Cpop music was in 2005. A great year for Cpop music but I guess it’s safe to say now that Gary Cao’s Superman saved 2006 since the downfall of good quality cpop music.

Tell your friends about it, here’s another GIRLFRIEND song! Wang Lee Hom released a hip-hop song while S.H.E. released a pop song called “girlfriend”. Gary on the other hand prefers to spell it out in his own song “Girlfriend”. It’s not hip-hop, it’s not pop. It’s Gary’s own original version of ‘girlfriend’, don’t get me wrong now, it’s a mellow jazz-pop song that is sure to keep you glued to this album.

The only song that differs in this album would be “ai dao di” (track 8) it’s that songs that has jazz-rock written all over it. This is more an empowering song complimented by some scratch table mix which you’d hardly even notice if you’re not paying attention compared to the title track itself.

Another interesting song “My Sweetness” (track 9), whose lyrics “tian mi mi” though quite overly used words from a old popular Chinese song whose name I cannot recall anymore is quite catchy for another jazz track. It’s nice because Gary made use of that very line that I doubt singers would actually put into their songs.

The downside of this album would be after carefully listening to this album it maybe realize that is carried that same problem that cpop albums carried back 2005, which is lack of variety but still quite enjoyable. Every other one or two songs would probably save you the effort of hitting the next button when listening to this album.

Thinking that you may fall asleep listening to this album which I doubt I would fall asleep to, Gary Cao leaves a mark in my good books for having good vocals for the type of music he makes. I anticipate on hearing more of Gary Cao and his music

Twins is turning their music into a new genre and it is one of the great qualities of Twins's songs and This album is not a beginning but only a new chapter of their new genre music. A number of people had said that they preferred Twins's old commercialized style of music but for Samba, A breakthrough from that "commercialized" feel in their songs, is a showcase of Twins ballad / Latin dance beat singing styles. I gave it a 9 since it's a good album, something different from their past albums, original, shows that Twins are trying new music styles and their good at it!. Why I didn't give them the last point? It's because I didn't exactly found the other songs in the album that catchy.

Comments: This is something, really different from the past albums I've heard from them, but if you ask me compare this album to Twins' "Trainee Cupid" Album. I'd Go with Trainee Cupid, but don't get the wrong impression now. This album alone is good but not the best I've heard from Twins, usually when I listen to Twins I find every song catchy.

Why 7.5 / 10: Not bad for a solo album, there are different genres in the album, good ballads. I hope he did more upbeat songs though, but since it’s Jerry Yan of F4, ballads are his thing, he should do good in it.

Why 9.5 / 10: I’m generously giving this album a

almost 10 rating for it’s a great comeback album with

really good songs in different genres and which are

very creatively done. The other .5 to the album where

has it gone? Not all of the songs caught my attention

which is most likely the ballads, ballads have to be

good. I’m not trying to say that Joey’s ballads aren’t

good but she can do better. And there are a quite

number of Interludes, they could have just put in

songs instead.

Comments: as I have said ballads should be good, and

catchy in a way that I would make you want to play it

over and over again. (I don’t know what’s up with me

with that kind of reason) but I know that Joey Yung

can do better then what she’s already come out with.

This is my first Joey Yung album and I must say that

Joey Yung left a good impression on me on this album.

Why 10/ 10:  Don’t get me wrong now, I would have written a review for each and every song in
this album but as a critic I tried my best to judge the best-est of the best songs in this album.
Yeps, this album is really that good that I’m giving it a 10 on the overall. It’s really worth every
penny you spent on it. Unless I hear any complains… I’ll be willing to take back the 10 I gave for
this album. But I expect there’s a really small number of “no” votes

Comments: This is a really good album, you should get yourself a copy if you like the genre of
Music that Rain makes, or a fan of rain. I’d definitely recommend this album to even those
non-rain fans, with this album I’m sure that you’ll start liking him. Personally I like the way Rain’s
music genres it suits him well since he likes to dance and he knows how to harmonize well with
his music. R&B pop is somewhat a hard genre to cope up with but with Rain around, I don’t think
I’ll have a hard time appreciating that kind of music. How am I so sure that this album is good?
Truth be told this is the first Rain album I ever got so if you ask me this is like asking a stranger
to try out someone else’s pants (get it?  Idioms! LOL). Anywho at least that serves as a very
fair reason as why I chose to give this album 10 points.

Vivian Hsu - Vivi and...

Vivian shows us that she can keep up with the demands of her fans, Ever heard about Vivan Hsu's "Love Unreservedly" album? If you haven't you better check that out too if your up for this album.

What's great about this album is that Vivian Hsu's R&B music is getting better, you can say so when you hear her song "So So". Not only is she doing great with R&B but also with her slower love songs, (track 2) "Mermaid" is truly amazing! She wrote the song herself and it's good, another good reason to get this album.

(Track 4) Nu Ren Tian Shi or in English "Woman Plans" has that same R&B style like in her Love Unreservedly album, a slow-ish R&B track that you'd definitely want to check out.

Other than improvements on her music, her collaborations played it's part in making this album even better. Her collab with Nicky Lee in So So, Gary Tsao in I Still belive, and I'm not quite sure if it's HanJin Tan (from the Invincible men, and the guys who collaborated with Edison Chen in his "Please Steal This Album) in (Track 6) Little Girl all amazed me.

Also with Jay Chou as the composer, you should probably have an idea of what magic this man puts into this album.

Recommended Tracks: 1 (So So) ,2 (Mermaid) ,4 (Woman Plans), 7 (lia dian Darling). Most of my recommended tracks are R&B since I'm not really that into slow songs but wait till you hear this for yourself and I'm sure your gonna like the ballads just as much or even more than I did.

I'm giving this album a 9 because Vivian sums up to my expectations, and even gives more that what I expected her to come out with. She should give praise to the artist whom she collaborated with for making her album even greater. The only downside I found in this album was that she didn't come out with more R&B or pop songs but I really liked the ballads.

I hope Vivian continues to progress in her next releases to come like she did in both "Love Unreservedly" and "Vivi and..."

Since Will Pan made his release "Masters" (Gao Shou) his songs has been a hit! especially his song "Bu De Bu Ai" (Unable to love). This MV focuses more on his singing partner although her name is not stated in the title so I too do not know her.

The MV's theme is about Will and this girl together, and that's pretty much it. The camera focuses on Will, the girl, and Will again. No matter how boring it may seem the MV's

filmography does match the song perfectly. It's a good watch! and I guess it's the only slow song that I've seen Will done an MV on.

"Passion" has turned out well!

after numerous negative comment about Yumiko Cheng having no talent and good looks for singing, her album "Passion" is something else. This is the first time I gave Yumiko Cheng and I must say it wasn't as disappointing as I'd though it would be. This album was something.

Although my praise for this album is big there is a flaw that I'd still like to be seen by listeners. So far the biggest flaw of this album is that 2 of the songs' tunes are derived from another song namely "Finish then disgard" to "Theory of Evolution by JJ Lin" and "Wild Girl" to "Lil' Crazy by w-inds.". Even if you say that they have completely different chorus I still find it quite unoriginal.

I believe that the songs Yumiko Cheng made for this album fitted her voice well, and was well done. The album cover goes well with the music styles of this album which is like Indian music. very well done I should say! if Yumiko keeps making good music like this, She'll be in good books permanently.

Even as you may think that 5566 has disbanded also, since Sam has been a part of 183 Club and acting in drama series and Jason has also been in dramas. Still 5566 has a strong bond together with each other.

"Chinked -out R&B" music by Lee Hom

doesn't sound too good right? but that's what the man calls his music in this Album. But the music more than just Chinked out R&B. This album is deifnitely remarkable as it has the song Lee Hom did with Rain & Lim Jeong Hee plus another song with Jin.

God beats, good mix of traditional Chinese intruments and modern music. Lee Hom has succesfully created "his own" music style. This album compared from Shangri-La is definitely much better, due to it's original music style. You can tell so just by listening to it.

the Song "Shangri-La" from his previous album was somewhat like most of the music styles in this album but in different genres, Talk about being "convinient".

I recomend listening to this album

If you are a fan of Edison Chen, Jay Chou (Espcially Jay), Anthony Wong, Shawn Yue, Joardan Chan or any of the actors in the movie, I'd definitely recomend watching this movie. For a Initial D anime fan this movie would serve as a 1 hour trailer of the whole anime series stages since the movie featured very little stages.

Acting was suberb! not quite bad for a first time actor Jay Chou, although he could have put more life into his character Takumi. Edison Chen? well this was probably the best movie where he acted naturaly, no doubt about that. Anthony Wong was perfect for Bunta! superb! Stunts were aceptable as some scenes we're spoiled by graphics. Not a bad substitution though.

I Would Rate this movie:

This movie is recomendable. I wouldn't regret watching it ;)

Ed Is On Mandarin music in this album. This is his first Mandarin album to be released and also one of the best that I've heard before he started pursuing purely rap music. It's more like a closing to his "love song music" era.

(Track 3) Game Of Speed was a Chinese version ost of the American movie "The Fast and the Furious" and is included in the VCD that comes in this album. His older songs like "You" which is originally from his EP Album is revived, not much of a "Buy This Album" plus point, but if you wanna hear a definitely much clearer version of "You" then I suggest you give it a try in this album.

His song "Night Breeze" and "You" mv wasn't apart of the VCD that came in the album when I bought it. I just don't know why but it JUST ISN'T THERE! Probably anothe one of those EEG sales tacticts. Otherwise if you wanna see the mv of "Night Breeze" I suggest you check it out in a video streaming site as it is a must watch mv.

On the over all this album ain't half bad or I wouldn't know how you would judge it. In short this album is above average. and I'm kind enough to leave you to judge this album for yourself as it is that it's only my opinion stated here right? :)

This album is one of my new Favorites. Like a best + new selection album except it has a whole new feel to it. This autumn tunes album is sure to make you fall in love with the music that Jay makes. Truly magical!

The First Track Nocturne, symbolized the music style of Jay and never fails to win the listener's ears and keep them tuned into this album. The sixth track was writen by Devon (Song Jian Zhang, affectionately known as "Bullethead") of Nan Quan Mama for Jay. Probably alittle pay back for Jay's writing for their band.

Sweet 19 Blue... hmm pretty odd album covers don't you think? kinda reminds me of the way Bjork is.... but Namie A's music is nothing close to it. I just got this album just yesterday from Rick's Collection (Thanks man!). This album can already be considered as one of those "oldie" music. But Namie's music genre will never be an oldie as soon as I know it!

I only got the chance to listen to this album just this morning, at first I thought it would be just like Concentraition 20. Although this album is older than Concentraition 20. I think I like this album better.

This album once again has the same sounds as Concentraition 20 does. There are several songs in this album that stood out to my listening but I can't recall the titles. I wouldn't usually forget catchy song tittles though -_-.... I'm glad Ms. Amuro doesn't make music like this anymore or I would just be listening to her music on the radio :(

I'd give this album a rating of 4.5/10 it's not all that bad but when you listen to it.... ehk.... pretty old tunes for the youngsters out there. I'm not stopping you from buying this album if your really persistent to try out this album, go ahead! it's not all that bad.

As always I'm not very fond of buy the DVD + CD version so I settled down with the "just audio" version. If you wanted the watch this concert I would have suggested that you watch it live instead. That concert was off the heezy! Jolin looked great in every costume she came out in!

I just wished I was really there when it happened. (oops... did it sound like I watched the DVD? (o_0) ). I was paid to watch the DVD doi! it's moi Job to do that! .... what MarzoPop Pays me for anyways eh?

ok so focusing on the album it's like a live version of her old songs. I wouldn't say the same for "Paradise" though. I love that song! This album comes alive as it is the LIVE version revieved songs of Jolin in all her 5 year career in the music industry.... she desreves the darn concert for the love of god! ^_^

For me, since I am not so familiar with Jolin's music. This is technically my first album. I wouldn't exaclty call this an album but it's proven to me how many people actually adores this gal's music. Just from the sound of the crowd I can hear during he performances. Oh My god! those hot outfits.... man some one has got to thank the stage director of this concert for me!

It's ironic how the Asian Pop industry can afford to come out with different versions of the same album. This album has been released in several versions to suit your budget and choice of entertainment. You can choose from 2CD+DVD, 2CD, & DVD. If your not contented with that you should just go and get the hot poster for this concert ;}

I would recomend this album to anyone, except for those people who hate hearing people scream.... ;P

Boy'zone is a fun album, I enjoyed listening to it. Just coz Kenny + Steven Boy'z sounds so good. The New Boy'z (Steven + Dennis -Kenny = New Boy'z) just sounds so different from the old style.

I've heard the new boy'z song "Pokemon Theme Song" and "Worship Lady". My only comment is that they can get as far as the old Boy'z did if they we're more commercialized. Back to Boy'zone now focusing on the old cutie duo Steven + Kenny.

My Favorite Tracks in this album is "Go Where", "Hong Kong Youth Registry", "Trust and Loyalty", "Enlightens gentleman Nepal to see", & "An Hoon Goon (Red Eye Hall)"

Music Video's in this album we're to remember! "Red Eye Hall", a solo by Kenny Kwan, Was effing too hot to forget! ;P.... or did I over react again? LoL! anyways. There is also Go Where, good song! it was spoofed by I Love You Boy'z and Also MarzoPop's very own Queen Notorious. But yet again Boy'z is still Boy'z you can't lose that bubbly look and sound, like the counter-part of twins. I appeciate this duo just as much as them.

About the album, hm... to set the record straight. This album is just ok... It would take time for you to actually enjoy the whole album. There's just a few songs that might stand out and some of the songs are a complete un-sappy love song... no emotion. It's worth a try though, if your willing to try out something different like maybe if you need a new outlook to Chinese pop music. You should try this album of Boy'z ;)
